It’s almost two years since I last posted here. How time
flies! Just not been regular here as I haven’t received pics. of my mum’s &
sisters work, which I guess I’ll have to get myself when I visit them next. I
have a couple of pics. of my past makes & my nieces recent makes which I
thought I’d share to get this blog live again. Today, I’d like to share some
cakes I’d made for my son, who’s now 16.

Materials/Ingredients: Chocolate cake, chocolate fudge icing, butter cream icing (recipe to follow) Icing technique used “Cornelli Lace” using
Wilton’s products. The Gingerbread Man (his favorite story then)cake was cut with
a serrated knife using a template that I’d
drawn on paper.
