Our Blog is Alive Again!!

Hello!!

It’s almost two years since I last posted here. How time flies! Just not been regular here as I haven’t received pics. of my mum’s & sisters work, which I guess I’ll have to get myself when I visit them next. I have a couple of pics. of my past makes & my nieces recent makes which I thought I’d share to get this blog live again. Today, I’d like to share some cakes I’d made for my son, who’s now 16.

Easter Eggs by Leanne

Materials/Ingredients: Marzipan (see recipe here), medium sized egg mold, chocolate making mold (for small eggs), Wilton’s floral ejector set (for flowers), cookie cutters (for ducks on the small eggs & for the circular shape of the Disney ducks), candy for stuffing the bigger eggs.
The bigger eggs were two hollow marzipan shells and the small ones, solid marzipan.
